Passaic County authorities announced that at approximately 10:14 p.m. on April 10, the Paterson Police Department was dispatched to the area of Presidential Boulevard and West Broadway on a report of shots fired.
According to Paterson Police, upon arrival, officers located a potential crime scene, but no victim was found.
Police say a short time later, a 19-year-old male Paterson resident arrived at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson via private vehicle seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
