Passaic County authorities announced that at approximately 2:40 a.m. on February 16, Paterson Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Broadway and Carroll Street on a report of a shooting.
According to Police, upon arrival, officers located a potential crime scene, as well as a 41-year-old female Paterson resident who sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.
Police say the victim was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
