Investigation Underway Into Bergen County Shots Fired Incident

During the early morning hours of Friday, a town in Bergen County became the center of an investigation following a shooting incident.

Ad Authorities were called to the scene at 17 Bennett Road just before 1 a.m., where they were met with the remnants of gunfire.

Upon arrival, reports say Englewood police discovered several shell casings scattered on the ground. 

A thorough search of the neighborhood ensued, with officers combing through the area in search of any individuals who might have been caught in the crossfire. Despite their efforts, no victims were located.

The Bergen County Sheriff's Department and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) were promptly summoned to assist with the investigation.

Authorities worked to piece together the events of the night, collecting evidence that might shed light on who was responsible for the shooting and why it took place.

As of now, the motive behind the gunfire remains unclear, and no arrests have been made in connection with the incident,

Law enforcement officials urged anyone with information to come forward.
