Injuries Reported in Jersey City Shooting

Jersey City Police are on the search for suspects responsible for a shooting that caused injuries in a city neighborhood on Sunday night. 

According to police, shooters fired multiple rounds of bullets in the 60's block of Fremont Street around 8:17 p.m. 

When officers arrived at the scene, they found evidence that a shooting occurred, but no victims were found after units searched the area.

Police say officials at Jersey City Medical Center notified them of at least two victims who entered the emergency room suffering gunshot injuries.

The conditions of the victims have not been reported as life-threatening at this time.

Police say the suspects fled the scene and remain at-large.
