A motorcyclist was transported to the hospital after a crash that occurred on a street in Freehold on Tuesday afternoon.
Police contacted EMS when they found a motorcyclist down in the 800 block of Adelphia Road at around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
According to preliminary reports, the victim sustained a broken pelvis, a fractured femur, and head trauma as a result of the crash.
EMS rushed the victim to Jersey Shore Medical Center where doctors treated the injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
