Police in Jersey City are on the search for several suspects who shot a man at a location in the city Thursday night.
According to police, at approximately 10 p.m., units responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the 50's block of McAdoo Avenue.
Police officials said when officers arrived at the scene, they found a conscious and alert victim suffering two bullet wounds in his leg.
The victim was transported to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment and remain in stable condition.
Police say four black male suspects were observed by witnesses running from the scene on JFK Boulevard and remain at-large.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
