A 22-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct after he was allegedly caught urinating in public.
According to police, Hackettstown officer patrolling the Bea McNally’s (109 Grand Avenue) parking lot Sunday, observed a male urinating in the shrubs sometime around 2:25 a.m.
The male was identified as Victor Hall, 22, of Hackettstown.
Hall was charged with disorderly conduct and released pending a court appearance.
