Jersey City Police reported no injuries in a shots-fired incident that happened in the city on Tuesday night.
Several individuals reported to police that at approximately 10:45 p.m., shooters arrived in the vicinity of Grace Street and Central Avenue and began firing shots in their direction.
Officers taped off the location after finding several shell casings, but no victims were found after cops searched the scene.
Police say one of the bullets caused damage to a building in the area.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation and the suspect remains at large.
