There were no injuries reported in a shots-fired incident that occurred on a street in Newark Saturday evening.
According to police, shooters pulled up in the area of West Market and 4th streets and began to fire at two people who were in the area at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Police arrived at the scene and found multiple shell casings, but after a search of the neighborhood, no victims were found.
The motive for the shootings is under investigation.
