Authorities in Passaic County are investigating a shooting that injured a person in Passaic on Saturday morning.
According to authorities, police responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the vicinity of Union and Main avenues at
approximately 3:10 a.m.
Units arrived at the scene and found an unidentified person suffering bullet wounds at that location.
The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment, but their condition has not been released at this time.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation. No arrests have been made.
