Authorities in Trenton are investigating an early morning shooting that rattled a quiet neighborhood but left no reported injuries.According to preliminary reports, the incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, sending police response to the area near Anderson Street and Morris Avenue following multiple reports of gunfire.
When officers arrived on the scene, they located several shell casings but no victims. A thorough canvass of the area yielded no reports of injuries, and no one was found in need of medical attention.
Police believe the suspect fled the scene prior to their arrival, and the motive behind the shooting remains unknown at this time.
Authorities have not yet released any information about the suspect or potential leads.
