A male victim suffering injury from gunfire to the head inside a vehicle in the city's South ward has police on the scene at this time.
Gunfire erupted in the 40's block of van ness Place at around 2:35 p.m. sending police to the scene where they located the unconscious victim inside a vehicle at that location.
EMS are making their way to the scene at this time.
The victim is reported to be in serious condition.
Please avoid the area for the police investigation.
