Police in Newark are investigating a shots-fired incident in the city's North Ward on Monday.
The late-night shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of Delevan Avenue and Broadway.
Units arrived in the area and found several shell casings, but no gunshot victims were located during their search.
Newark Major Crimes Unit was notified and responded to the scene, assisting in the investigation.
No arrests have been reported.
