Reports of shots fired sent police to the area shortly before 6 p.m. where they arrived to find a male victim suffering an apparent gunshot injury to the leg
The victim was rushed to University Hospital where he has been admitted to surgery at this time.
There are no reports of arrests reported as police determine a motive for the shooting.
