Police are on the scene of a shooting that happened in the 20's block of Howard Street a short time ago.
Gunfire erupted shortly before 10 a.m. sending several police units to the scene where EMS was observed hurrying away from that location.
It is not immediately known if anyone was injured at this time.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is underway.
UPDATE 10:19 a.m. Business owners and residents in the area are telling us that gunfire connected on a male victim who is around the age of 30-years-old.
