Police reported no injuries in a shooting incident in Newark's South Ward Saturday.
It happened around 12:35 a.m. in the 200 block of Hillside Avenue, where police responded to reports of shots fired that and possible injuries.
Units arrived at the scene and found several shell casings, but a search for the area indicated no victims.
Police blocked off the area to collect evidence and shell casings.
The suspect fled the scene and is at large
