Township police have release a sketch of a man wanted for a residential burglary and theft in the Blackwood Section of town.
On Tuesday Jan. 19, at approximately 10 a.m., the Gloucester Township Police responded to Evergreen Avenue for a report of a burglary of a residence.
While the homeowner was out, the male entered the home and stole various pieces of jewelry. He was still inside the residence when the homeowner returned and fled with the jewelry after he was confronted by the owner.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 18-25 years old, wearing a red/maroon hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
The New Jersey State Police Forensic Artist Unit created the suspect’s composite picture for assistance in the public helping identify the suspect.
