Franklin Township Police are investigating a shooting that sent a man to the hospital on Tuesday evening.
According to police, the man was found suffering two gunshot wounds near the intersection of Oakland and Easton avenues earlier in the day.
Residents say the gun battle began in broad daylight just before noon near the intersection.
EMS rushed the unidentified male to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center I’m serious but stable condition according to preliminary reports.
Police have not determined a motive for the shooting at this time. Residents say the shootings in Franklin Township are getting out of hand and going unreported.
The suspect remains at-large.
