Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced today the culmination of a cooperative multi-jurisdictional investigation into drug activity in the Northern Ocean County area.
Detectives from the Prosecutor's Special Operations Group, Northern Enforcement Unit joined forces with the Jackson Township Police Department and the Lakewood Township Police Department, Street Crimes Unit, to conduct an investigation into the distribution of “Crack” cocaine in the Northern Ocean County area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of four Ocean County residents on various drug and weapons charges.
This cooperative multi-jurisdictional investigation identified two Ocean County residences, specifically, 199 White Road, Jackson, NJ and 284 Clearstream Drive, Jackson, NJ as being utilized by Erasmo Sandro Morales of 284 Clearstream Drive, Jackson and others to store and distribute quantities of “Crack” cocaine. Detectives also identified a Nissan Altima as being utilized by Mr. Morales to store and distribute quantities of “Crack” cocaine. Detectives obtained no knock search warrants for both of the residences and the Nissan Altima.
Police say Tuesday October 17th at approximately 6:00 am, Prosecutor’s Detectives along with members of the Jackson Township Police Department, the Lakewood Township Police Street Crimes Unit, the Ocean County Regional SWAT Team and the Ocean County Sherriff’s Department K-9 Unit executed the three no-knock search warrants.
Police seized approximately two and half (2.5) ounces of “Crack” cocaine, drug paraphernalia associated with the distribution of CDS, a Stun Gun, brass knuckles and approximately $6000 in cash and the Nissan Altima.
The following individual(s) were arrested and charged:
Erasmo Sandro Morales, 34, of.Jackson, was arrested and charged with two counts of each of the following charges: Distribution of Cocaine over One Half Ounce, Possession of Cocaine over one half ounce with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Cocaine; and one count of the following charges: Possession of a Weapon, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine under one half ounce, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Morales was subsequently housed in the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
Nicole Fischetti, 21, of Jackson NJ was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine under one half ounce with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a weapon and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Fischetti was detained at the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
Joseph Smith, 34, of Jackson was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Xanax) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Smith was released on a summons pending a future court date.
Veronica Noll, 35, of Jackson was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Xanax) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Noll was released on a summons pending a future court date.
Wilbert Casiano, 47, of Lakewood NJ has been charged with Distribution of Cocaine over one half ounce, Possession of Cocaine over one half ounce with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Cocaine.
