Five NJ Employees Charged with Criminal Complaints

According to Cumberland County officials, on October 14, criminal complaints were filed charging five employees of the Vineland Infant Toddler Center with criminal offenses that allegedly occurred in August. 

Marcia Green was charged with four counts of Second-Degree Endangering the welfare of a child, three counts of Fourth-Degree Cruelty and Neglect of children, and three counts of Fourth-Degree Endangering Another Person, officials say. 

These charges stem from alleged conduct that involved four children. 

Authorities say Allison Willis was charged with three counts of Second-Degree Endangering the welfare of a child, three counts of Fourth-Degree Cruelty and Neglect of children, and two counts of Fourth-Degree Endangering Another Person.

These charges stemmed from alleged conduct that involved three children.

Cecilia Ruiz-Perez was charged with one count of Second-Degree Endangering the welfare of a child and one count of Fourth-Degree Cruelty and Neglect of children.

These charges stemmed from alleged conduct that involved one child.

Emmaliz Torres was charged with five counts of Second-Degree Endangering the welfare of a child and five counts of Fourth-Degree Cruelty and Neglect of children.

These charges stemmed from alleged conduct that involved five children.

Martha Gil was charged with five counts of Second-Degree Endangering the welfare of a child and five counts of Fourth-Degree Cruelty and Neglect of children.

These charges stemmed from alleged conduct that involved five children.

This investigation is being handled by Detective Cornwall of the Cumberland County Prosecutor's office and Detective Perez and Vineland Police Department.
