A vehicle heavily penetrated by gunfire has pulled up to University Hospital with two people exiting, suffering injuries from apparent gunfire. Their conditions are not known at this time.
Multiple rounds of gunfire broke the silence of the evening in the area of West Kinney and Irvine Turner Boulevard shortly before 9 p.m. sending police to the scene where they found evidence of gunfire but no victims in the area.
Police notified area hospitals to be on the lookout for possible victims.
UPDATE 9:30 p.m. There are a total of 5 people suffering injury as gunfire rang out. Conditions are unknown at this time.
There is heavy police activity in the area so stay clear for the investigation.
