There non-fatal injuries reported for a female victim struck by a car in the city' North Ward Saturday evening.
According to police, emergency responders rushed to the vicinity of Broadway and Verona Avenue at approximately 3:20 a.m. to investigate reports of an injured person.
Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering injuries after a car struck her at that location.
Police say the victim was transported to University Hospital for the treatment and the investigation remains open.
There were no other injuries reported.
