Authorities from the Nj State Police are investigating a fatal crash that involved a motorcycle on the NJ Turnpike overnight.
The accident was reported in the southbound lanes of the highway near exit 71 before 3 a.m. sending emergency responders to the scene whee they found the badly injured motorcyclist laying on the roadway according to reports.
Medics pronounced the unidentified victim dead.
The crash closed the local and express lanes for several hours for the active accident investigation.
