Ex-Jets Player Gets Three Years Probation for 'Revenge Porn' Case

Former Jets Linebacker, Jermaine Cunningham was sentenced today to three years probation after spreading sexually revealing photos of a former girlfriend without her consent.

Along with the sentence probationary sentence, Cunningham must also attend anger management counseling.

Cunningham was arrested last December after a domestic violence complaint at his Summit apartment.

During his plea, Cunningham admitted posting photos of his former girlfriend's inner thigh, groin and buttocks without consent on Instagram - and tagged her in said photos - back in  December of 2014. 

If convicted on all counts,  Cunningham could face a maximum sentence of 18 years in prison.
