A shots fired incident that placed police on a Paterson street is under investigation by authorities.
Gunfire erupted in the teens block of Rosa Parks Boulevard at approximately 6:30 p.m. sending police officers to the scene where they taped off the area after locating shell casings but after a search of the area, officers did not find a victim according to reports.
The motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
There were no arrests reported.
