Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Thomas Parisi, 29, Englewood Cliffs on charges of Endangering The Welfare Of A Child and Criminal Sexual Contact.
Police say on Monday, March 2, the Dumont Police Department received information that an unknown male exposed himself and in the presence of two juvenile females in Dumont.
The Dumont Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and an investigation was initiated.
An investigation identified the unknown male as Thomas Parisi
