A shooting last night on Jefferson Avenue left one man injured, police announced today.
A 25-year-old Elizabeth man was shot three times sometimes before 9 p.m. last night inside a building on the 600 block of Jefferson Avenue.
The unidentified victim, was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
Police believe the shooting was carried out by two men but do not have any further details on their description or identities.
The detective bureau of the Elizabeth Police Department is investigating.
