The Roselle Park Police Department reported several vehicle stops that led them to charge the following individuals with drug related offenses.
02/04/2017:
Officer Gregory Polakoski arrested Diego S. Principe, 28, of Elizabeth, for possession of c.d.s. (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of E. Westfield Ave. Principe was processed and released on a summons. Motor vehicle summonses were also issued.
02/06/2017:
Officer Gregory Polakoski arrested Joanne K. Talbot, 44, of East Orange, for possession of c.d.s. (marijuana) pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of E. Westfield Ave. and Chestnut St. Talbot was processed and released on a summons. Motor vehicle summonses were also issued.
02/07/2017:
Officer William Hannon arrested Mohamed T. Kaba, 18, of Newark, for possession of c.d.s. (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of W. Westfield Ave. and Chiego Pl. Kaba was also arrested on the strength of a Union Township Municipal Court warrant totaling $750. Subject was processed and issued a summons. Motor vehicle summonses were also issued. Kaba was subsequently turned over to Union Township Police Department as he was unable to post bail.

Officer Richard Gaylord arrested Michael J. Watson, 25, of Roselle, for possession of c.d.s. (marijuana) pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of W. Lincoln Ave. and Colfax Ave. Watson was processed and released on a summons. Motor vehicle summonses were also issued.
02/08/2017:
Officer William Hannon arrested Christopher Ruiz-Aragon, 18, of Somerset, for obstruction, possession of c.d.s. (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Madison Ave. and Pershing Ave. Ruiz-Aragon was processed and released on a summons. Motor vehicle summonses were also issued.

Officer John Fitzgerald arrested Norberto Pena, 24, of Paterson, for possession of c.d.s. (marijuana) pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Galloping Hill Rd. and E. grant Ave. Pena was processed and released on a summons. Motor vehicle summonses were also issued.
