There were no injuries immediately reported in a shooting that happened in the city this afternoon.
According to initial reports, gunfire rang out at around 4:30 p.m in the area of William Street and Walnut Street sending police to the scene where a male suspect was taken into custody after he reportedly fired a weapon in the direction of a police officers.
Police setup a crime scene where they reportedly located the weapon used by the suspect.
The shooting is under investigation.
