An early morning domestic dispute in Paterson left a woman dead and at least one other person wounded, according to reports.
A shooting on the 500 block of River Street fatally injured an unidentified 28-year-old Myesha Montgomery and an unidentified 30-year-old man shortly before 2 a.m., according to reports.
Montgomery was transported to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center but succumbed to her injuries. The man underwent surgery and is said to be in stable condition, police said.
It is unclear at this time if a third person was involved in the incident.
