Police in Newark are investigating a shots-fired incident that caused minor injuries to a male in the city's South Ward on Friday morning.
According to police, at approximately 8:55 a.m., police responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the vicinity of 198 Seymour Avenue.
Units arrived at the scene reportedly found an uncooperative male victim suffering a gunshot graze wound on his face at that location.
Police say suspects pulled in the area in a blue Jeep and began to fire shots in the community before speeding away from the scene towards Hawthorne Avenue.
The suspects remain at-large.
