Early Morning Blaze Engulfs Edison Home

LawyersBy: Jeff Sommes

Edison fire officials are investigating an early morning fire that destroyed a house on Sunday.

The fire happened around 1 a.m. as firefighters urgently responded to reports of a house fire.

Upon their arrival at the scene, firefighters encountered heavy flames raging from the single-level wood-framed house.

Crews mobilized to combat the blaze, stretching multiple lines to quell the inferno that extended through the roof.

Remarkably, firefighters managed to bring the flames under control in less than half an hour.

A thorough search of the property did not immediately yield any reports of injuries or casualties.

The cause has not been determined at this time.
