Police are reporting non-life threatening injuries for a person shot on Rosa Parks Boulevard at this time.
According to police, gunfire rang out in the teens block at around 10:45 a.m. where officers arrived to find a person suffering a gunshot wound in their foot.
Police say the victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital in stable condition.
A black male who wore a blue hoodie fled the scene on foot and remains at-large according to police.
The motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
