Police have a crime scene set up in the vicinity of 377 Clinton Place as detectives search for evidence to support a motive for a shooting that occurred a short time ago.
According to police, officials at Beth Israel Hospital contacted police when an unidentified person entered Beth Israel Hospital suffering gunshot injuries.
Police were pointed to the South Ward community by the victim according to reports.
The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
Police say the suspect remains at-large.
