DEVELOPING LIVINGSTON NJ: Police Investigate Bomb Threat in Livingston Department Stores

Police in Livingston are on the scene investigating a threat made to a store in the city a short time ago.

According to police, at approximately 11:15 a.m., police were notified of a potential bomb threat in the 500 block of West Mount Pleasant Drive.

Units arrived on the scene and immediately evacuated the DSW and TJ Maxx store where they then taped off the exterior and began their investigation.

The Essex County Sheriff's Bomb Squad was called to the scene to assist in the investigation, and as of 12:15 p.m., there were no reports of any devices found.

There are no injuries reported.
