Police are on the scene of shots fired with a man down in the city's West Ward at this time.
Reports of shots fired sent police to the 900 block of South Orange Avenue where arriving units found a male victim shot in the back at that locations.
There is a crime scene established and an investigation underway.
UPDATE 9:47 p.m. Pronounced dead at the scene.
Avoid the area for the police investigation.
