Clifton Police Search for Suspects Wanted for Firing Shots in Two Neighborhoods

Police in Clifton are looking for suspects wanted for two shootings that occurred in the city.

According to a statement released by Lt. Robert Bracken, on August 12, at approximately 9:45 p.m., a shooting occurred On Hamilton Avenue.

Lt. Bracken, at least three rounds, were shot into the front of a home, which was occupied by a family, including a one-year-old child.

”Fortunately, no one was struck,”

Bracken said the only description of the shooter is that of a young adult male (Hispanic).

In the second incident, police are investigating a shooting that happened on August 15 on Park Slope.

Police say at approximately 3:30 a.m., at least five rounds were shot into multiple vehicles that were parked (and unoccupied) in the driveway.

”There is no suspect description at this time,” Lt. Bracken said.

There does not appear to be a connection between the two incidents.
