Jersey City Police are investigating a shots-fired incident in a section of the city Tuesday morning.
Police responded to reports of shots fired in the vicinity of 577 Central Avenue around 12:25 a.m.
Upon arrival, police found multiple shell casings and alerted hospitals in the region for potential walking gunshot victims.
Police say no injuries were reported after cops searched the area.
The suspect fled the scene and has not been captured.
