Workshop Instructions:

Please create a 1-2 hour workshop on a topic of your choice. This workshop must be both informative and interactive to keep a group of 10-20 high school students fully engaged.

We suggest first introducing yourself, your background, including where you're from, your upbringing, and educational pathway.

However, do not plan to solely talk AT the students for 2 hours. Please plan to ask them questions, play games, create an activity for them to work on, have them work in small groups, give them time to write reflections, etc.

Use a varied-teaching approach so as to keep the students interested and informed. At the end of your lesson, please do share your contact information with the students.

We also ask that if you have any information regarding scholarships, internships, or mentorships, please make them available to the students.
