Police reported no injuries in a shooting incident in Paterson on Sunday night.
Officers responded to shots fired reports in the area of 79 Rosa Parks Boulevard around 10:30 p.m.
Units arrived at the scene and found evidence that a shooting occurred, but no victims were found after officers searched the area.
Police say bullets struck an unoccupied car at that location.
The suspect fled the scene and has not been identified by police.
