Burlington County Man Charged In Fatal Stabbing Outside Linden Restaurant

A Burlington County man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred in Linden on November 9, 2025, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel and Linden Police Chief David Hart announced.
 Darnell Robinson, 41, of Wrightstown, is charged with first-degree murder, third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon in the death of 35-year-old Erik Kuns of Keyport.

 

According to authorities, Linden police officers responded around 10 p.m. that night to the TGI Fridays restaurant at 400 South Park Avenue for a report of a fight. When officers arrived, they found Kuns unresponsive outside the restaurant. 

He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
