A Bucks County man has been arrested and charged in connection with a bank robbery that occurred in Camden County late last month, according to a joint statement from Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Voorhees Township Police Chief Louis Bordi.

Phu V. Nguyen, 35, of Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, faces multiple charges stemming from the incident, including first-degree robbery, second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Authorities say the robbery happened around 11:45 a.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Bank of Princeton located at 133 Route 73 in Voorhees.
Investigators allege that Nguyen entered the bank just before 11:40 a.m., passed a demand note to a teller, implied he had a firearm in his waistband, and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported during the robbery.
A joint investigation by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Voorhees Township Police Department identified Nguyen as the suspect.
He was arrested without incident on July 3 in Horsham, Pennsylvania, by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force (New York/New Jersey – Camden Division) and the Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force (Philadelphia Division).
Nguyen is currently being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania, pending extradition to New Jersey.
