Police have a crime scene established in a neighborhood on the city as they collect shell casings at this time.
According to police, at approximately 3:55 p.m., heavily armed shooters arrived in the 200 block of 6th Avenue West and began to fire multiple rounds at males in the area.
Police say that suspects were able to get off about 28 rounds before they fled the scene.
When officers arrived, they found a 10-year-old girl suffering superficial wounds from bullets ricocheting. She is expected to be ok.
Police say two male gunshot victims self-transported to University Hospital suffering non-fatal gunshot wounds. Both are in stable condition.
According to police, the suspects remain at-large.
