Police in Trenton are on the scene of a shooting with a person found shot twice in the head at a location in the city.
According to police, the unconscious and responsive female was found in the vicinity of 137 Hoffman Avenue at approximately 7:13 p.m.
EMS performed CPR on the victim who is in grave condition according to police.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
Police say four victims have been shot in less than two hours in Trenton.
