Police have a portion of I-280 closed due to a crash that occurred on the highway early Thursday morning.
According to State Transportation officials on NJ-511, they reported the following: "as of 4:03 am, there's a crash and a jack-knifed tractor-trailer on I-280 westbound just east of Exit 10 Northfield Avenue in Orange City Township.
Police closed all lanes at Exit 10, according to police.
Officials are also reporting a crash that involves a dump truck in the vicinity of the first crash where no injuries are reported at this time.
