BREAKING: NJ Transit Suspends All Rail Service Due to Storm-Related Issues

NJ Transit has just announced that they are suspending rail service system-wide, citing storm-related overhead wire and signal issues.

They also announced that they will be cross-honoring rail passes with PATH at Newark Penn Station, Hoboken and 33rd St, NJ TRANSIT Light rail, bus, private carrier buses and PATCO.

NJ Transit also stated that the River Line is still suspended in both directions between Beverly and Roebling and Hudson-Bergen Light Rail service is subject to up to 15-minute delays in both directions between Jersey Avenue and Marin Boulevard.

There is currently no word on when these issues will be resolved or when service will resume.

PSE&G is now reporting that over one million homes and businesses in New Jeresy are without power as a result of Tropical Storm Isaias.
