If you are out and about, you want to avoid the the 400 block of Bergen Street as there is an active investigation underway in the area at this time.
We are getting two people shot at that location with one of the victim's suffering a gunshot wound to the back according to preliminary reports.
A second victim, that police located nearby, has a gunshot injury to the leg.
Just a point of location reference, this is near the Home Depot.
The incident is fresh and EMS are en route to the scene. We do not have the extent of the victims' injuries at this time.

UPDATE: 6:10 p.m. Avoid the 300 block of 18th Avenue also. There is a police investigation underway that's connected to this incident.
