Police on the scene of the shooting with a man down in a neighborhood in the city at this time.
Reports of shots fired sent police to the 300 block of Sherman Avenue at about 8:10 AM where officers canvassing scene located a male victim suffering a gunshot wound to the head.
The conditions of the man has only been reported as life threatening.
