Details are developing but according to preliminary reports, a ShotSpotter activation indicated multiple gunshots just before 6:25 p.m. sending police to the scene where they found a female victim suffering a gunshot wound to the stomach.
Police canvassing the area found a male victim in the area of South Orange Avenue and Bruce Street.
Both victims were rushed to University Hospital for treatment.
The suspect reportedly sped away from the scene in a green vehicle.
There are over a dozen shell casings recovered at the scene.
Avoid the area for the investigation.
