A large police presence at an address in the 50's block of North Munn Street has a man down from an apparent shooting at this time.
Residents said they heard around 8 loud popping noises at around 10:50 a.m. when they immediately contacted authorities.
Cops arrived on the scene to find the victim (who is reported to be around 50-year-old) laying on the floor in the hall of the third floor, unconscious at that location.
EMS rushed the man to University Hospital suffering serious injuries.
There is a crime scene established at this time.
Update as of 9 a.m.: Initial reports that the male victim was around 50 years of age were found to be inaccurate.
